When millennials confront the modern difficult life. How can we handle it?

Millennials are often faced with many challenges and pressures in today’s society. They have to deal with high expectations, fierce competition, economic uncertainty, social media, environmental issues, and more. How can they cope with these difficulties and thrive in their personal and professional lives?

Today millennials aren’t the young people. Their age is more than 26 or over. Many millennials are 30 that confront the life crisis.
